How we make it
- CompoundVirgin resin blended with the filler for the job: glass, carbon, graphite, bronze, MoS₂ or our proprietary mixes.
- Mould & extrudeCompression moulding for rods, tubes and sheets; ram extrusion for long rods.
- SinterControlled heating and cooling cycles set the final properties.
- MachineRings, seals, bushes and valve parts turned and milled to drawing.
- InspectDimensions and properties checked before dispatch.
