Overview
Non-metallic valve plates close more quietly than steel, tolerate small amounts of liquid and dirt, and do not damage the valve seat. PEEK keeps its stiffness at discharge temperatures, which makes it the standard material for modern compressor valves.
We supply valve plates, valve discs, poppets and valve seats cut and machined to your valve's drawing or sample, plus complete valve assemblies.
